Ultimate Technology (U-Tek) has been providing services and support to compliment
its family of machine controls, chemical injection systems and interfaces for over two
decades. We are committed to upholding and maintaining the high level and quality of
support the industry has come to expect and rely on from us over the years.
Our support staff are veterans of the industry, as well as technical experts on U-Tek's
product lines. We are also experienced in both in-house design and repair and
installation support.

Customers
calling for service whose warranties have expired will need to provide U-Tek with the
serial number of the product being serviced at the time of call. Serial numbers that
are not provided on in-warranty products will be charged the appropriate fees.
U-Tek's new service plan includes phone support by one of our service technicians for
products whose warranties have expired. Our new service policy will include support
for equipment transfer and installation. In the event that a drawing is provided to the
customer, a drawing fee will be assessed.

Factory Repair Service:
Evaluation, repair, and testing of controls, assemblies, or parts are available on a time plus materials basis. When returning parts for repair, please include your name, company name, phone number and purchase order number if possible. Also, include a brief description of the symptom or problem.
