Ultimate Technology, Inc.  (U-Tek) Announces a New Chemical Injection and Inventory Tracking Management System – The innovative design of the New tekMATE™ chemical injection system coupled with the New signalMATE™ machine interface and the New dataMATE™ full featured computer software reporting system will provide the highest level of confidence to our customers that the chemistry requested is delivered and accurately accounted for.

The tekMATE™ is the next generation of chemical dispensing systems designed to meet the wide range of laundry and textile processing applications. The tekMATE™ utilizes the patented Accuchem design and can accurately measure and inject a wide range of concentrated liquid chemical or dilute stock solutions. The tekMATE™ supports up to 12 washers from a single dispensing system. The system can be configured to incorporate up to 12 chemicals with total automatic backup capability and the ability to deliver to two machines simultaneously. Total process control is managed through a robust, industrial PLC unit.

The signalMATE™ control provides interface communication requirements between a washer and the tekMATE™ PLC. These controls request the delivery of chemistry from the tekMATE™ based on the individual wash formulation requirements. The signalMATE™ is provided with a keypad option to allow for formula input and actual load weight directly from the washer location.

The dataMATE™ communication system is a complete data retrieval and report generation system to be used for capturing real time wash-floor critical information to optimize wash-floor management. This robust software package interfaces with the tekMATE™ PLC and continuously monitors tekMATE™ activity.
