folderMATE™ MP430 Replacement – Rolled Out

After nearly a quarter of a century of service, the ACS MP430 now has a Drop-In replacment control featuring touchscreen interface and PLC control.

folderMATE-530 Stack-Store is designed for replacement of an existing ACS version Challenge Series multi lane MP430 Stack-Store. The new control can sense up to five lanes of material entering the folding machine. Each lane can be individually setup and adjusted via the touch screen's simple and intuitive interface to allow tight control of the folding and stacking processes.

The Unit offers a simple retrofit connection to the existing industry standard connections that typically exist on the machine. W e can provide special wiring where necessary. read more

New Name – Old Philosophy

You may not recognize us by our new name, but you will certainly recognize our quality products and services. Automatic Control Systems, Inc., a company that you have been doing business with for the last 30 years, now has new ownership and a new name, Ultimate Technology, Inc.

On July 27, 2004 we, Rick and Pat Clark, purchased Automatic Control Systems, Inc. and renamed it Ultimate Technology, Inc. We recognized an industry icon that was in need of rejuvenation and accepted the challenge of revamping a well-established company while maintaining the integrity of its superior products and services. As the new owners, we had several important goals in mind. read more
