Accuwash - Washer Control

The AWC control is an excellent buy in a full-featured, membrane panel style control and vivid vacuum-fluorescent display. Its thirty-two resident formula capability each with 60 discrete steps can be expanded with the use of the SMART-1 communications system. The AWC can be fitted with different software to accommodate difficult specialty applications such as clean rooms, making the control powerful, flexible and user-friendly. ADC-Series
Accumatic Dryer Control

The dryer control that can reduce your cost on multiple resources at once. The ADC control can decrease gas consumption while increasing drying productivity via its formula management capability and gas valve control. The heating system is cycled to achieve optimal moisture removal using the least amount of energy. This control has probe and sensor packages that accommodate the management of textiles and fabric. This controller eliminates the need for an experienced dryer operator. And because all dryer machines, dryer ductwork, and facility layouts are different in real world application, the ADC control can be set to address individual conditions to maximize performance. read brochure

folderMATE™ Series
folderMATE-530 Stack-Store is designed for replacement of an existing ACS version Challenge Series multi lane MP430 Stack-Store. The new control can sense up to five lanes of material entering the folding machine. Each lane can be individually setup and adjusted via the touch screen's simple and intuitive interface to allow tight control of the folding and stacking processes.

The Unit offers a simple retrofit connection to the existing industry standard connections that typically exist on the machine. W e can provide special wiring where necessary.

NB: 24V photoeyes are required and can be supplied to replace out older devices if you do not utilise them on the existing install.

washMATE™ Series - FINAL STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT


washMATE is the next generation interface controller designed to specifically replace the MPC system. In the final stages of development, the initial release will cater for communications between it and Smart 1 / tekMate chemical dispensing systems and future revisions will also handle communications with Accuchem dispensing systems. The system is touchscreen controlled and will provide dual interface options by screen selection to allow those used to the MPC to experience almost no change in operator training, along with a number of additional functionality screens to better assist the floor staff and maintenance engineers in getting the most out of their washers in both production tweaking / temperature trending and reduced downtime due to interactive alarm and troubleshooting features.

The AWC Replacement kit will always also be available.

PC Software Reporting System - for use with Accuchem

The Smart-1 system is a data retrieval and reporting system that captures wash floor critical information which is utilized by wash-isle managers to optimize productivity. The full Smart-1 system consists of networked control communication, SM1-PC software, and a PC computer and printer system. An operator uses this system to facilitate data capture and information transfer from machine to the reporting management tools.

The Smart-1 system is specifically designed to communicate with Accuchem chemical delivery systems, AWC and MPC industrial washer controls, AIC series washer interface controls, and ADC industrial dryer controls. read brochure
