signalMATE™
Machine Interface Control - for use with tekMATE™
The signalMATE™ machine interface control provides delivery request communication requirements between a washer and the tekMATE™ PLC. These interface units request the delivery of chemistry from the tekMATE™ based on the individual wash formulation requirements. The signalMATE™ is offered with a keypad option to allow for manual formula input and actual load weight input directly from the washer location. //

tunnelMATE™
Modular Chemical Dispensing System
The tunnelMATE chemical dispensing system is designed to meet the demands of working with continuous batch "Tunnel" washers. The design meets the challenge of the industries critical requirements for providing repeatable deliveries, proof of flow and proof of delivery, while being packaged in a robust mechanical design, thereby supplying maximum uptime to the process.

Utilizing direct inject for a wide range of concentrated liquid chemicals to the tunnel washers individual modules, the system can deliver the chemical within the turn times required with repeatable accuracy.

The tunnelMATE supports delivery to up to 8 active modules with capacity for handling up to 16 chemicals / pumps. The total control process is managed by OMRON PLC and Operator Interface.
